Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or invoice)
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened electronics, personal care products), unless faulty.
3. How to Start a Return
Email support@shoplystic.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, send the item back to our returns address (provided in the confirmation email).
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@shoplystic.co.uk — we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team at support@shoplystic.co.uk to arrange this.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
